Electric car goes berserk; damages many vehicles

Udupi, October 3, 2024: Several vehicles were damaged after a car went out of control of the driver and rammed into them on the NH 66 near Katapady junction service road on Wednesday night.

A Tata Punch electric car which was overspeeding, went out of control of the driver after it crossed  a rod hump and collided with an autorickshaw, a bus, an Omni and two parked two-wheelers. All vehicles were damaged in this mishap. Luckily no one was injured.

Kaup police visited the spot.
