Flood situation in Bantwal as Netravathi water level rises

Bantwal, July 19, 2024: With water level of Netravathi river rising constantly, several places in Bantwal are inundated. In many places water has entered the roads.

Rayara Chavadi road which links Jakribettu and Bantwal town is inundated while the road in front of Ajilamogaru mosque too is flooded snapping connection between Ajilamogaru and Uppinangady.

Several fields and plantations too are flooded. In Aladka of Panemangaluru water has entered several houses.
