Forest officials detain 30 entering reserve forest for New Year celebrations

Sullia, January 2, 2025: Forest officials detained as many as 30 youngsters for illegally entering the Kolikallu Male Hills which come under the Kodagu Bhagamandala Reserve Forest near Thodikana to celebrate New Year.

The youth were taken into custody when they arrived at the Hill area. They were released after securing a written undertaking wherein the youth acknowledged their offence.
