Forest personnel take care of baby elephant separated from mother

Sullia, April 15, 2023: A baby elephant which got separated from its mother is presently under the care of forest personnel in Ajjavara village.

A herd of four elephants including two baby elephants which had gone on rampage at a plantation in Ajjavara village, had later fallen into a lake.

 

Though three of the elephants were rescued  the  last to be rescued was a baby elephant aged around three months. However when the other elephants did not take it back along with them, the baby was seen  roaming in the area and was rescued by forest personnel and is presently being taken care of by forest personnel.
