Forest watcher slips to death in lake

Sullia, Nov 10, 2022: A forest watcher drowned in a lake after he accidentally slipped while on duty near Mavinakatte in Todikana of Sullia taluk.

 

The deceased is Chinnappa (50). He hailed from Shuntikoppa. He  had been  for a land survey on behalf of Kodagu Forest Department when he  reportedly slipped while trying to drink water from a lake.
