Fund raiser musical ’Savi Savi Nenapu’ held in Town Hall

Mangalore, Dec 25: The Rag Rang troupe organized “Savi Savi Nenapu,” a collection of popular numbers by Dr. S. P. Balasubramaniam sung by Ravindra Prabhu, the renowned singer, at Town Hall on Dec 25, Saturday.

 

 

 

 

Ranganatha Kini, the MCC corporator, was the chief guest of this event, which also included old Hindi and Kannada hits presented by Abbas K. R., K. S. Surekha, and Sangeetha Balachandra. Dance performances were presented by the children of Blossoms Dance Academy.

The purpose of this musical event was to raise funds for AIDs patients, orphans, and senior citizens; and a cheque was presented to Bharath Karkera for the benefit of Samvedana School.
