Gold powder worth Rs 14.5 lakhs seized by customs officials at MIA

Mangaluru, Sep 13, 2023: Customs officials at the Mangaluru International Airport have seized 242 grams gold in the form of powder from a passenger who arrived from Dubai on September 12, Tuesday.

The value of the seized gold is Rs 14.50 lakhs. The gold powder was concealed in a cardboard box and wrapped in carbon papers.
