Goods Lorry catches fire at Lower Car Street, Mangalore

Mangalore, April 8: In a shocking incident, a goods lorry carrying Thermocol was gutted after it came into contact with a high tension wire. The incident occurred near Kandath Palli Urdu Primary school on Friday, April 8 afternoon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pandeshwar fire service rushed to the spot immediately and tried to douse the fire. The lorry, two Honda Activa and a motor cycle were burnt in an incident. A huge crowd gathered at the site of the mishap.

Fire officials here said that there are no reports of casualty in the incident. The thermocol worth Rs 70,000 has been damage in teh incident apart fromt the cost of the Lorry.
