Grinder vehicle involved in NH works hits pedestrian

Bantwal, October 23, 2024: A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after a grinder vehicle involved in road construction works hit him at Melkar.

The injured pedestrian Padmanabha Shenoy from Bolangady has been hospitalized.

The machine operated by Rajkumar Yadav hit Shenoy. Negligence of the driver who worked for the contracting agency of the road works, is blamed for the accident.

A complaint has been filed at Bantwal Traffic Police Station.
