Gunapal Jain dies in tragic road mishap near Venoor

Moodbidri, July 30, 2013: A Gunapal Jain, a noted entrepreneur, social worker and Jain community leader died in a tragic road mishap at Hosangady near Venoor in Belthangady taluk on July 30, Tuesday.

 

The accident occurred when a private bus hit against the Innova car in which Jain was travelling. A seriously injured Jain though was rushed to the hospital, he was declared brought dead.

 Jain, a former president of Venoor Panchayat was also the member of Jina Theerthankara Samithi and Secretary of Venoor Maha Mastakabhisheka Committee.

Venoor Police have registered a case.
