Illegal beef shop: Notice to seize property of accused

Mangaluru, July 08, 2022: The Assistant Commissioner of Mangaluru sub-division has issued a notice  to seize the property of a man whose illegal beef shop which was running from a shed at Arkula was raided recently. During the raid the police had seized 95 kg meat and other equipment from the place.

 

The accused named  Bashit had managed to escape during the raid. He was operating the illegal meat shop from  the shed belonging to B K Khalid.

An enquiry is scheduled to be held on July 12 and the accused has been  asked to present his arguments through  his authorised representative or lawyer.
