Justice Santhosh Hegde to release book on Prophet Mohammed

Mangalore,April 2, 2012 : Justice Santhosh Hegde, the former Lokyukta, will be releasing  a book on Prophet Mohammed in Kannada at a book release ceremony organized by New Age India Forum (NAIF) to be held on Friday,6 April 2012.

 

The valedictory ceremony will be based on the theme of “social justice and Prophet Mohammed.”

The NAIF conducts this campaign annually across DK, and this year, the campaign was launched on Feb 10.

The valedictory ceremony will also include a talk on the topic Peace and Harmony from Prophet’s Teachings.

Making the above announcements at a press conference held today, U. K. Khalid, the Ullal branch president of NAIF, said that Moulavi Athikhurahman Faizi, the Khatib of Kannati Palli in Kasargod, will be the chief guest. Rafiuddin Kudroli, the president of NAIF in DK, Abdulsalaam Puthige, the chief editor of Varthabharathi, will preside over the event.
