KSRTC Mangaluru division announces special tour packages for festival from October 3 to 12

Mangaluru, October 4, 2024: The KSRTC Mangaluru division has introduced special tour packages for temple visits around Mangaluru, as well as trips to popular destinations such as Mangaluru-Madikeri, Mangaluru-Kollur, and Mangaluru-Murdeshwar. These packages will be available from October 3 to 12.

Dasara Navadurga Darshana Package

This package departs from the Mangaluru Bus Stand and covers several prominent temples, including the Shri Mangaladevi Temple, Sunkadakatte Shri Ambika Annapoorneshwari Temple, Shri Kateel Durgaparameshwari Temple, Bappanadu Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple (where lunch is provided), Sasihithlu Shri Bhagavathi Temple and Beach, Chitrapura Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple, Shri Urwa Mariamma Temple (evening snacks provided), and Kudroli Shri Gokarnanath Temple for Navadurga Darshan, concluding at the Mangaluru Bus Stand. The package is priced at ₹400 for adults and ₹300 for children (ages 6-12). The tour begins at 8 AM and ends at 8:30 PM.

Madikeri Package

The Madikeri package includes visits to Mangaluru, Madikeri, Raja’s Seat, Abbey Falls, Nisargadhama, Golden Temple, and returns to the Mangaluru Bus Stand. The package costs ₹500 for adults and ₹400 for children (ages 6-12). Departure is at 7 AM, with the tour concluding at 9 PM.

Mangaluru-Kollur Package

This package covers the Mangaluru Bus Stand, Uchila Shri Mahalakshmi Temple, Kamalashile Shri Brahmi Durgaparameshwari Temple (with lunch provided), Kollur Shri Mookambika Temple, and Maranakatte Shri Brahmalingeshwara Temple, returning to the Mangaluru Bus Stand. The fare is ₹500 for adults and ₹400 for children, with departure at 8 AM and return by 7 PM.

Mangaluru-Murdeshwar Package

This tour includes the Mangaluru Bus Stand, Murdeshwar Temple, Chandika Shri Durgaparameshwari Temple in Kumbashi, Anegudde Ganapathi Temple in Kumbashi, Uchila Shri Mahalakshmi Temple, and concludes at the Mangaluru Bus Stand. The cost is ₹550 for adults and ₹450 for children, with a 7 AM departure and return by 7 PM.
