Kadaba: Rider injured as tree falls over moving bike

Kadaba, February 5, 2025: A bike rider sustained injuries after a tree fell over him on the Kadaba-Panja road on Tuesday.

The injured rider has been identified as Yashwanth (42). He hails from Koppa and worked as a pigmy collector for a firm in Kadaba. He was returning to Kadaba when the mishap took place. The Halumaddi tree all of a sudden fell over his bike when it was passing through Tekadka in Kodimbala village.

Yashwanth’s helmet too was damaged as a part of the tree branch fell on his head. Luckily, his helmet saved his life. He has sustained minor injuries in his hands and legs and has been admitted to Kadaba Government Hospital.
