Kadaba: Two and a half year old child dies in sleep

Kadaba, March 26, 2025: A two and a half year old child died in his sleep at Mala in Kadaba taluk on Tuesday.

The deceased child is Rudra Pratap Singh, son of Raja Singh and Divyanshi Singh couple of Uttar Pradesh origin. They worked in the plantation of a person at Konaje Mala.

On Tuesday afternoon, the child had slept after lunch. However when he did not wake up, the parents tried to wake him up. When there was no response, he was rushed to the hospital where doctors pronounced the child dead.

The suspicion is that the boy might have died after food got stuck in his throat or out of some illness.

The child’s mother has in her complaint with the Uppinangady police stated that she had no suspicion regarding the death.
