Kadaba: Two arrested for raising Jai Shree Ram slogan inside masjid compound

Kadaba, Sep 26, 2023: Kadaba Police have arrested Two persons in connection with a case wherein some miscreants barged into the compound of a mosque and shouted Jai Shree Ram slogans. The arrest was made within 24 hours of the incident.

 

The accused have been identified as Keerthan from Bilinele village in Puttur and Sachin from Kaikamba in Mangaluru, police sources said on Tuesday.

On Sunday night at around 11 pm the accused had entered the compound of Mardhala Badriya Jumma Masjid and shouted the slogans. They had then escaped upon seeing the religious head of the mosque.

The incident was caught on CCTV camera of the mosque and the police had formed two teams to trap the accused.
