Kalladka hotel theft case: Thief caught on CCTV camera

Bantwal, October 26, 2024: The theft that took place at the Lakshminvas Hotel at Kalladka has been caught on CCTV camera and the footage which clearly shows the face of the thief has gone viral.

The thief had stolen some money from the offering box placed before the deity in the hotel. The owner of the hotel however has not lodged any formal complaint.

The theft took place during the wee hours of Friday and the thief was seen wearing a helmet. The thief was in the hotel for nearly seven minutes.

Bantwal police who have secured the CCTV footage are investigating.
