Karkala: Excise officials seize Goa liquor illegally stocked in house

Udupi, November 14, 2024: Excise officials of Udupi in a raid on a house in Bola village of Karkala taluk, have seized Goa liquor worth lakhs of rupees which was unauthorizedly stocked in the house.

The liquor stored illegally was seized from two houses belonging to Avinash Malli. Over 200 cartons of liquor were found. It is learnt, the liquor was brought from Goa and was reportedly sold from the house.

Further investigations are underway.
