Kasargod: Alert loco pilot spots commode, red stones on railway track

Kasargod, Aug 18, 2023: A suspected act of sabotage was averted when a Western style commode and red stones that were found on the railway track almost 200 meters away from Kalanadu Railway tunnel were spotted by the loco pilot of the Inter-city Express between Mangaluru and Coimbatore on August 17, Thursday afternoon.

 

The matter was immediately brought to the notice of the Kasargod Railway Station Master and the SP. Police rushed to the spot and cleared the things from the spot.

Bekal DySP Sunil Kumar and other police officials visited the spot. Investigations are underway.
