Kasargod: Man sentenced to 133 years for sexual harassment of minor girl

Kasargod, March 1, 2025: In a landmark judgment, the Kasargod Fast Track Special Court has sentenced Victor Montero (43), a resident of Varkadi Uddambettu, to 133 years of rigorous imprisonment for sexually harassing a 6-year-old girl.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 4.5 lakh, stating that failure to pay the fine would result in an additional 18 months of imprisonment.

The case was registered by the Manjeshwar police based on the incident, which occurred before September 10, 2021.
