Kateel Goddess adorned in tri-colour flowers; elephant holds national flag

Mangaluru, Aug 15, 2023: The 77th Independence Day celebrations held at Kateel in the presence of the Kateel Sri Durgaparameshwari temple office bearers as well as the students of the Kateel educational institutions, had a special attraction.

 

 

The temple elephant Mahalakshmi was seen holding the national tri-colour and offering her salutations to the National Flag.

On the occasion of Independence Day, even Goddess Durgaparameshwari was adorned in tri-colour flowers much to the pleasure of devotees.
