Kateel: Man found dead near water tank

Mangaluru, October 28, 2024: A man was found dead under suspicious circumstances near a water tank behind the government hospital in Kateel on Sunday.

 

The deceased is identified as Taranath (40). He was a carpenter by profession. The body bore marks of cable wire  in the neck and the suspicion is that he might have been murdered.

 

Senior police officials have visited the spot.
