Konaje: Bike-tempo collision claims rider’s life

Mangaluru, January 17, 2025: A collision between a two-wheeler and a tempo claimed the life of the rider near Nadupadavu in Konaje police station limits on Friday morning.

The deceased is Aboobakker Siddique (22) of Nadupadavu Katukody. He was proceeding from Derlakatte when the tempo on way to Thokkottu from Mudipu rammed into his two-wheeler. Siddique died while being rushed to the hospital. The tempo driver was also injured in the mishap.

The scooter was badly mangled due to the impact of the collision. Siddique was a final year student of Arabic College in Kasargod.
