Kudlada Pili Parba- 2022 : Spectacular performances by Huli Vesha teams

Mangaluru, Oct 03, 2022: As many as 12 Huli Vesha teams participated and presented a mind-blowing performance to the rythmic beating of the drums at the  Kudlada Pili Parba 2022 organised at Nehru Maidan on October 2, Sunday on  behalf of Kudla Sanskritika Pratishtan. State Minister for Kannada and Culture V Sunil Kumar inaugurated the programme. The event was organised under the leadership of Mangaluru South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath  under the guidance  of Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Vedavyas Kamath said the Culture Department sanctioned Rs 5 lakhs for the event. He said the Kudla Sanskritika Pratishtana would be celebrating Deepavali and other festivals in a grand way.

He said the best performing Huli Vesha teams will also get opportunity to present shows in Government events.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mayor Jayanand Anchan, Deputy Mayor Poornima, SCDCC Bank Chairman M N Rajendra Kumar, former mayors Diwaker Pandeshwar, Premananda Shetty,  District BJP Chief Sudarshan Moodbidri and others were present.

A large number of enthusiasts attended the event and enjoyed the performance  by the Huli Vesha teams.
