Kundapur : Supreme Court cancels High Court bail to Kota double murder accused

Kundapur, Jan 21, 2020:   The Supreme Court has cancelled the  bail granted  by the High Court to the accused in the Kota double  case.

The  mother of the deceased Bharath had approached the Supreme Court following which the bail of the accused Barikere Raghavendra Kanchan who is also a ZP member has been cancelled. Parvathi, the mother of one of the victims Bharath had moved the Supreme Court questioning the bail granted to the accused.

The incident was reported on January 26 last year.
