Kundapur: Youth dies in train hit while crossing track

Kundapur, February 6, 2025: A young man lost his life after he was hit by a train while he was crossing the railway track in Nagoor, Kiremangala on Tuesday evening.

The deceased is Vasudeva Devadiga (25) from Bijoor. He worked as a centering worker and was also a watermelon cultivator. The mishap took place when he was returning from the other side of the railway track after speaking to workers loading watermelons.

Byndoor police have registered a case.
