Kurma Rao M is new deputy commissioner for Udupi

Udupi, August 29, 2021: The state government appointed Kurma Rao M as Deputy Commissioner of Udupi district with immediate effect.

Outgoing deputy commissioner of Udupi, G Jagadeesha was transferred with immediate effect and posted as joint secretary to chief minister Basavaraj Bommai.

Kurma Rao M, a 2011 batch IAS officer who was serving as the managing director of the North Eastern Karnataka Road Transport corporation (NEKRTC).
