Mangaluru, Dec 30, 2019: "Solitaire’’ a 32 storey marvel of architecture and Mangaluru’s tallest luxury residential apartment project by Land Trades Builders and Developers was inaugurated at Hat Hill here on December 29, Sunday by Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya Deemed-to-be University and Chairman of Yenepoya Group.
In his address, he appreciated the highest standards maintained by Land Trades in its projects and wished it all success.
The Club house of Solitaire was inaugurated by Dr B M Hegde, former vice-chancellor of Manipal University. He described Solitaire as a landmark of Mangaluru.
Dr M Shantharam Shetty, Pro-Chancellor of Nitte Deemed-to-be University presided over the function. P Jayaram Bhat, non-executive Chairman, Karnataka Bank Ltd, Krishna J Palemar, former minster, A J Shetty, President, Lakshmi Memorial Education Trust, J R Lobo, former MLA , M Shashidhar Hegde, corporator, Chandrashekar Rao B, General Manager, Karnataka Bank Ltd and Appanna Hegde, former MLC were present as chief guests.
The keys of the flats were handed over to the owners. Contractors and architects of the project were honoured.
In his welcome speech Srinath Hebbar, Managing Director, Land Trades described Solitaire as a challenging project which had to clear many hurdles for its completion. He also thanked each and everyone involved in this project and making it a success.
