The purpose of the Danube project is to create the best housing facility in Mangalore. Named after one of the most famous rivers of Europe, the Danube intends to provide high class living facilities. Since it is located adjacent to Don Bosco Hall, a significant landmark in Mangalore, it gives residents the chance to live in the very heart of the city, but well-sheltered from the noise and bustle of city life. The Danube is an elegant, well-designed structure, standing 9 stories tall and comprising 45 spacious two or three bedroom houses in different sizes.

Each apartment is designed to provide maximum space, natural lighting, and ventilation; and top-notch construction material is used for kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Land Trades, a Mangalore-based real estate company, has been in business for the past 19 years.
