Lifeguards foil suicide bid by woman at Malpe beach

Udupi, June 27, 2022: A woman who attempted suicide at the Malpe beach was rescued by the Lifeguards on June 26, Sunday.

 

The woman, in her mid-thirtees had come  to the beach along with her 15 year old son. But suddenly she was seen running  in the water. Sensing danger, the Lifeguards immediately swung into action and rescued her.

The woman and her son were then handed over to Malpe Police.
