Lifeguards rescue 16-year-old from drowning at Malpe beach

Udupi, Mar 03, 2023: Lifeguards at Malpe beach saved a 16-year-old girl from drowning after she got washed away by the sea waves.

 

Aishwarya(16), a resident of Managi village in Chitradurga district, is the girl who got entangled in the sea waves while playing on the beach.

Lifeguards and diving expert Eshwar Malpe immediately brought Aishwarya, who was drowning, up and gave her first aid. As she had swallowed a lot of seawater she was admitted to Manipal hospital for treatment.
