Mangaluru, Sep 22, 2021: Mangaluru City Corporation is taking tough measures against littering in public places despite repeated warnings. As a move in the right direction the Corporation has also installed solar powered CC Cameras at some black spots in order to identify those littering public places.
On September 20, through the CCTV camera, the Corporation could identify those who were dumping wastes near the Nandigudda crematorium.
In order to curb the menace of public littering across Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC), CCTV surveillance cameras were installed at identified ’blackspots’.
