Mangaluru, Mar 04, 2023: MUDA Chairman Ravishanker Mijar who launched a new logo for MUDA on March 4, Saturday, has informed that the MUDA will be distributing housing plots at its 17.49 acre layout at Kunjathbail.
The MUDA Chief informed that a total of 208 sites are available of which 182 sites will be allotted through lottery process.
He said the plots are available in various seizes and all amenities like good roads, walking paths, parks have been provided.
The size of the plots range from 1.33 cents to 8.24 cents. However reservation is applicable only on 6x9 meter plots (1.33 cents). The 1.33 cents plot reservation is 10% for backward classes, 3% for scheduled tribes, 15% for ex-servicemen, families of martyrs and soldiers of central armed forces, 50% for general public, 5% for achievers in various fields and 3% for physically disabled.
Application forms for the plots will be available in the Bank of Baroda branches and MUDA office. Applicants will have to deposit 10% of the cost of the plot.
Ravishanker Mijar said MUDA will also be developing sites in Chelyaru and Konaje.
