Malpe port assault case: 2 other accused get conditional bail

Udupi, March 29, 2025: Two other accused in the case of assault on a Dalit woman at Malpe Fisheries Port, have been granted conditional bail by the High Court.

The accused namely Parvathi and Leela have been released as per the High Court verdict. The anticipatory bail of yet another accused is in hearing stage.

Three other accused namely Shilpa, Lakshmi and Sunder were earlier granted bail by the High Court.
