Mangalorean International powerlifter wins 8 gold medals at commonwealth powerlifting

Mangaluru Dec 12, 2022: International Powerlifter and International Category II Referee Sri K Harish Kumar represented India in recently held Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships held at Auckland, New Zealand from November 24th to December 4th,2022.

 

 

 

 

 

He participated in M4-84 Kg Category in both Classic and Equipped and won 8 gold medals. He is been participating in Iron games- BodyBuilding, Weightlifting and Powerlifting in the last 50 years and won titles like Karnataka Kumar and been National Champion in Powerlifting and Weightlifting. He is the member of Balanjaneya Gymnasium, Mangalore and retired employee of Head Post office, Mangalore.
