Mangaluru: 2 arrested for drugs consumption in public

Mangaluru, March 19, 2025: Police have arrested two youth in two separate cases of ganja consumption in Kavoor and Bunder police station limits. Cases have been filed under NDPS Act.

In the first case, Kavoor police arrested Manish (28), a local resident who was found consuming drugs in a public place near Bondel Krishna Nagar.

In another case, TT Road resident Savinraj (18) was arrested by the Bunder police on the road leading to the old port, in an intoxicated state.
