Mangaluru: 2 arrested for smoking cigarette mixed with intoxicants

Barke police have arrested two persons who were smoking cigarette mixed with intoxicants in a public place at Bejai

Mangaluru, February 15, 2025: Barke police have arrested two persons who were smoking cigarette mixed with intoxicants in a public place at Bejai.

Those arrested are Mohammad Shamil (21) from Kozhikode in Kerala  and Mohammad Safwan (22) from Malappuram. If Shamil was arrested near Bejai Anegundi, Safwan was arrested near Bejai New Road.

Medical tests confirmed that both had consumed intoxicants.
