Mangaluru: Bajpe, Adyapady among many areas flooded; residents shifted

Mangaluru, August 1, 2024: Incessant rains in Mangaluru has resulted in flooding in several places including Bajpe, Kulur, Padushedde, Adyapady and Ulaibettu. Several houses have been submerged and the authorities have taken steps to shift the people to safer places.

Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, Assistant Commissioner Harshavardhan and MCC Commissioner Dr Anand visited the affected places to take stock of the situation and issue necessary instructions to the authorities concerned.
