Mangaluru: Fisherman slips into well; dies

Mangaluru, January 1, 2025: A fisherman lost his life after he accidentally fell into a well at Someshwar Uchila.

The deceased is Shashindra M Uchil (75). Shashindra was chatting with his friend by sitting on the platform of the unused well, when he suddenly lost balance and fell into the well.

As the well had only water upto three feet, Shashindra sustained serious head injuries and died.
