Mangaluru: Foundation laid for Inland Buenos Aires

Mangaluru, Sep 30, 2022: Foundation was  laid for Inland Buenos Aires, a premier residential apartment project by city’s well-known real estate developers Inland Group, at Lobo Lane, Bendoor on September 30, Friday.

 

The religious ceremonies were led by Giridhar Bhat, a temple priest, Fr Roshan Pinto, Assistant Parish Priest of St Sebastian Church, Bendorewell and P S Mohammad Khatib of Badriya Jumma Masjid.

Among the dignitaries who graced the occasion included Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mayor Jayananda Anchan, Deputy Mayor Poornima, Corporators Naveen D’Souza, Kavya Nataraj and others.

Siraj Ahmed, Managing Director of Inland Group,  Wahaj Yusuf and Meraj Yusuf, Directors and Ullas Kadri, Marketing Head were present.

A brochure of the new project was released on the occasion.

Inland Buenos Aires which will come up close to the St Sebastian Church and St Agnes College, is a four storey building  with a total of 36 apartments including  2 BHK apartments ranging from 945 sq ft to 1195 sq ft in 2BHK and 3 BHK apartments of 1540 sq ft.

The project will have all modern amenities including automated elevators, gymnasium & yoga space, spacious lobby, reticulated gas connection, children’s play area, generator back-up, CCTV based 24-hour security, intercom provision and dedicated car parking.
