Mangaluru: Man arrested for selling MDMA

Mangaluru, October 11, 2024: The anti-drug squad of the city’s South Sub-Division apprehended Kiran D’Souza (25), a resident of Talapady Narla Padil, for allegedly selling MDMA near a bar in Talapady, within the jurisdiction of the Ullal police station.

During the operation, officers confiscated 10 grams of MDMA, valued at Rs 30,000, along with a scooter used in the transaction and a mobile phone.

A case has been filed against D’Souza under the NDPS Act at the Ullal police station.

The raid was executed based on a reliable tip-off, with anti-drug squad members Saju Nair, Mahesh, Shivaraj, Akbar, and Tirumalesh involved in the operation.
