Mangaluru: UP man ends life in lodge; uploads video blaming CISF lady officer of cheating

Mangaluru, March 3, 2025: A man of Uttar Pradesh origin has allegedly ended his life by hanging himself at a lodge near the Rao and Rao Circle in Mangaluru on Monday.

The deceased Abhishek Singh (40) from Gazipur worked for a private company in Chennai and had been to Mangaluru to take part in an exhibition with his colleagues.

Before ending his life, Abhishek had uploaded a video on Instagram and accused a lady CISF officer of cheating him.

Abhishek in the video said the CISF Assistant commandant Monika Sihag had concealed her marital status while developing a relationship with him.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.
