Missing dentist from Badiadka found dead near railway track at Kundapur

Kasargod, Nov 11, 2022: Dr S Krishnamurthi (57), a noted dentist from Badiadka who was reported missing since Wednesday has been found dead. His body was found near the railway track at Kundapur on November 10, Thursday evening.

 

His family members  on gathering information visited the spot and identified the body. Earlier his wife had lodged a missing complaint with the Badiadka police.

During investigation, police found the bike belonging to the doctor in an abandoned state in Kumble town while his mobile phone was found in the clinic itself.

It is learnt, Dr Krishnamurthi had faced an allegation that he had misbehaved with a lady. Sources revealed that some people had visited his clinic in this backdrop and had taken him to task and even threatened him. The woman meanwhile had also lodged a police complaint.

Following this, the dentist had gone missing.  The Kerala police had then even intimated the Karnataka police regarding the missing dentist.

The Kasargod unit of the Dentists’ Association had on Thursday even staged a protest demanding that Dr Krishnamurthi be traced at the earliest.
