Missing school girl Ishika Shetty traced in Mumbai ?

Udupi, Dec 01, 2014: Rumours are rife that Ishika Shetty, a student of the Sharada Residential School at Kunjibettu who went missing from the school hostel on November 15,has been traced at Bhiwandi in Mumbai. Police however are not confirming this news.

It has been 15 days since Ishika, daughter of Shekhar Shetty, Priya Shetty of Elinje near Kinnigoli went missing. The school authorities who had initially refrained from lodging a complaint, had however bowing to pressure from the family members and relatives of Ishika had  lodged a complaint. Police had later also found a letter said to have been written by Ishika and in which she had reportedly stated that he was in love with TV actor Faizal Khan and was going to Mumbai to see him.

The SP had formed eight police teams to search for Ishika and one team had even been to Mumbai. Meanwhile, latest information says that Ishika’s relatives have traced her in a house at Bhiwandi and have passed on the information to the police.

However, it is not yet clear as to why Ishika had been to Mumbai and with whom she was staying there. The police however are not divulging any details.
