Missing woman found dead in Netravathi river

Bantwal, Oct 11, 2022: A 52 year old woman from Kadri in Mangaluru who was reported missing since October 3 has been found dead. Her body was found floating in the Netravathi River  in Bantwal Rural Police Station limits.

 

The deceased is Sumathi. She was the wife of Sri Ranga Aithal. The exact cause of the death was not known. The woman had left behind her mobile phone at home before leaving the house.

Though the body was found on  October 9, it was handed over to the body after identification on October 10.

Kadri Police have registered a case.
