As per the suggestion of Hassan’s other colleagues, the godown owner had purchased a flight ticket. However the airlines refused to take the patient in the absence of a doctor or nurse.

Finally the godown owner had contacted the Airavatha ambulance owner-driver Anil who agreed and took the patient  with just an oxygen cylinder, discharge certificate from the hospital and a  letter from the local police station. Another driver Ashwath also accompanied Anil.

They left Moodbidri on September 10 evening  and reached Moradabad  on September 12 at 10.30 am. Anil has returned to Moodbidri on September 15. The entire cost of the travel was borne by the godown owner.
