Moodbidri: Cops register suspicious death case after man falls off bike; dies

Moodbidri, December 7, 2024: Police have registered a case of suspicious death regarding the December 5 incident wherein a Thodar resident named Seetharam Acharya (49) lost his life after falling off his bike  near Bannadka in Padumarnadu village.

The deceased Seetharma owned a gold jewellery manufacturing business by name Vignesh Machine Cutting at Jyotinagar in Moodbidri. The alleged mishap took place while he was returning home after distributing invitation cards for his son’s Upanayana scheduled to be held on January 3.

The deceased is left behind by his wife, a son and daughter.
