Mulki: Hindu activist arrested for secretly filming bathing woman

Mangaluru, Aug 05, 2023: Locals in Pakshikere Hosakadu on August 3, Wednesday night have trapped a youth said to be a Hindu activist, while he was secretly filming a neighbouring woman who was having a bath in the bathroom of her house.

The arrested youth is Sumanth Poojary (22). He is said to be an active worker of a local Hindu organisation. The incident came to light at around 11 pm on Wednesday. The woman who was bathing on noticing the mobile camera, had screamed loudly following which neighbours rushed to the spot and thrashed Sumanth before handing him over to the police.
