Mullai Muhilan takes charge as new DC of Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru, June 17, 2023: Mullai Muhilan has taken charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district on June 17, Saturday. Outgoing DC Ravikumar M R handed over charge to the new incumbent.

 

Mullai Muhilan who hails from Tamil Nadu is a 2013 batch IAS officer. He has an engineering degree in Computer Science from the PSNA College of Engineering and Technology affiliated to Dindigal Anna University.

Before assuming charge as DC he was serving as Executive Director of Centre for Smart Governance in Bengaluru. He has also served as Assistant Commissioner of Bagalkote Jamakhandi and as CEO of Belagavi Smart City Ltd.
