National Women’s Front protests against release of Bilkis Bano case convicts

Udupi, Aug 22, 2022: The Udupi unit of the National Women’s Front staged a protest near the Martyrs’ Memorial at Ajjarkad on Sunday to condemn the release of the convicts in the Bilkis Bano gang rape case.

 

Naseema Fatima, District President of Women’s Front demanded that the orders to release the 11 convicts must be immediately revoked.

District Committee Members Naseem, Samrin and others were present.
